I literally asked for a trim she cut half of my hair off I told her I don’t want it to be short she didn’t listen and she kept going. She could have consulted me at least if she reckon I should cut more but she didn’t ask I worked so hard to grow my hair out it’s so annoying and frustrating literally the worst experience. I was shocked when I saw all the hair on the floor and she didn’t look apologetic at all
Just came to get my eyebrows threaded and wow the staff are amazing and incredibly affordable. I had Varia and she even gave me a nice brow massage at the end with oil. My brows are perfectly even too and exactly the way I like them she did an an amazing job. 10/10 every time here.

Purely awful! Went in to get my eyebrows threaded and came out with bleeding eye brows. I was barely even spoken to and was just tapped on the face and shoved instead of asking me to hold or move. To finish it off, I wasn’t even offered cream she just started rubbing it on and started rubbing behind my ears incredibly rough. This was such an unpleasant experience. Won’t be coming back.
